Expenses

Myanmar was not on our plan of travel, but decided to visit our friends there and also realized the visa process was easy. The land border crossings are closed to tourists therefore arriving required a flight from Bangkok. Since this country was not on our budget, all expenses will contribute to our deficit. We did notice that accommodation is surprisingly a lot more expensive than other South East Asian countries. This is due to the influx of tourists arriving to the country and the shortage of lodging options.
